Howdy Folks from the Kitchen Team!

Romans 8:28 “We know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.”

Come check us out and enjoy our fellowship.  No experience is necessary – just a desire to love and serve the Lord.

The Kitchen Team loves to serve and to give out love one spoonful at a time. Making lasting friends and memories while enjoying kitchen duties is a blessing to us.  We would love to have you join us as we serve God in a variety of ways.

Some of the kinds of things we do are set up for potluck and a variety of different meals we have here at the church or for families in need. We also support the activities of different groups like the Childerns’ Ministry for their special classes and of course their Christmas Party.
We have the very best kitchen facility in which to work and are excited about expanding a sub team for the arena when it opens.  If you are a night owl this might be just the place for you.
Oh, by the way --- we laugh a lot.  We believe in the old hymn that says, “Serve the Lord with Gladness.”  Come laugh with us as we serve God and the people of Lost Pines Cowboy Church.
Our motto is from James 4:10 “Humble yourself before the Lord and he will lift you up.”

Worship in the Park: lead and organized by Everett Jantzen
Next date for Worship in the Park, held at the pavilion in Elgin’s Memorial Park of off 95, will be in June, Friday 6pm to close, Saturday 4pm to close: with Open Mic for Jesus, and Sunday 6pm to close.

Hogeye Booth: volunteers needed to spend time telling the community what LPCC means to you.

Christmas with the Family: games, music, and crafts afternoon at LPCC for church family and community.  Looking for an organizer for this project!  Someone to get details together and tell us what to do to make this afternoon a special family oriented time.

Clothes Closet Ministry: headed up by Kathy Samson. Kathy could use some able-bodied volunteers to help organize, tidy, and/or go through clothes.  Times and days this is done are planned by Kathy depending on availability.

We are looking for a person to coordinate volunteers to support and staff a booth with info about LPCC at the various arena events.  Comes with shade and great spot to watch arena events unfold.
